Are you sure you have two DHCP Administrators groups, and not one DHCP
Administrators and one DHCP Users?

If you do indeed have two, where are they located and what scope are they?
And if you cut and paste the names into a newsreader or notepad, are they
actually the same -or is administrators spelt incorrectly for one?

Is it also possible that you are looking at DHCP on a member server, where
there's a local DHCP Administrators group?

I've answered your other post. Basically, you have two because they were
created on each DC before the DCs replicated and therefore caused a
replication conflict. You can delete either. I would delete the ones with
the GUID appended to the end of the cn.
