I'm getting an error message that pops up when I try to use the "Find"
feature in Active Directory. The exact error message is "Windows cannot
create the Find dialog box because: Invalid access to memory location."

I have tried uninstalling, then reinstalling the adminpak.msi, but I get the
same error message. No one else I work with gets this error message, so it
has to be something on my computer. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you need to re-register the DLL for the find applet. I don't
know what DLL that is, so you'll have to Google for it. If that fails it'll
have to be a repair. Personally, if this is a corporate managed node, I'd
rebuild. But that's often a royal PITA for admins... I know that doesn't
help much, but that's often the official line...
