How to you enable this "User Rights Assignment\Impersonate a client after
authentication" GPO option, as when I tick the 'Enable' checkbox, enter the
userid and click on <Apply> or <Ok>, GPO Editor doesn't accept the command
and keep the current window open.

No matter what I do, I can't get the GPO Editor to accept my desired action.
What am I doing wrong?

Do you have any other GPO windows open. Close all windows and try again.
