Modify user home path by batch file in a NT 4.0 domain

I know this is the AD group but I don't see a lot of response in the Windows
NT discussion group. So here is my question, does anyone know of a way to
change the home directory of a user in a NT 4.0 domain using command line.

How did you do this before by invoking net use or subst?
