Pointdev "Ideal Migration" tool???

Anyone have any thoughts to share, good or bad, about
Pointdev's "Ideal Migration" tool for copying user
accounts, passwords, shares/folders/files, etc, from NT4
domains to Active Directory?

We're looking this product, but there doesn't seem to be
any reviews of it posted online anywhere. It is in
Microsoft's list of third-party migration tools, however.
