files Idmschupg.exe and Schupgrade.ldf.

Could someone let me know where to get this hotfix, or these files without
going through professional supoort licence procedures.

Hi,

Some of the hotfixes from Microsoft are not available for public download
and the hotfix mentioned in KB919938 is one of them. However, if you call PSS
and ask for the hotfix, they will provide you the same without any charges.
This model is used by MS to keep track of the similar issues encountered by
the customers.

You can get in touch with Microsoft PSS and ask for a grace case to get the
hotfix.
