About DHCP Administrators Group in Active Directory

Hi
I found there are two DHCP Administrators group in Active Directory of our
domain.
The DC remind to me for this error information. Why are here being two DHCP
Administrators group.
Can i delete one of it ?? we have two Domain controller(both of Global
Catalog,
Win2000 server) in here. Thanks for help....

I know of only two
DHCP Admins - Maintainers of DHCP
DHCP Users - Allow the access to the DHCP service

Both are needed.
