Where can I get a list of all available GPO settings that I can print out and
discuss with my team?

I simply want to print out all available settings for a GPO and their
meaning so we can decide what setting we're going to make.

This would be for 2000.

While Al offered you a GREAT reference it is in
some sense impossible to have "all settings" since
Group Policy is extensible even by the admin.

The Administrative Templates section is for registry
based settings. And like the register which is extensible
and useable by any application or admin the list can
only (at best) provide the Microsoft pre-set listing.

Also, from time to time, Microsoft extends the list in
the other areas (although even they TEND to make changes)
through Administrative Templates.

GPOs are extensible.
