importing users using CSVDE Organizational Unit VS Container

Hello,

I am converting over netware network over to active directory. We are a
state university and currently use Uimport to import new students into
NDS.

I am trying to learn how to use CSVDE to do the same thing. I could not
get it to work, until I did an import into the existing default
"container" called users.
If I try to import into an "organizational unit" called facstaff, CSVDE
claims it doesn't exist.

How can I get CSVDE to import into OU's and not just default containers
or is this a limitation of AD?

Thanks,
Fletch

Note that CN is used for the users containers in the path (DN), and OU for
OUs in that path (DN)
