Distribution Groups?

I am looking for a utility that can create and populate
distribution groups in Windows\Exchange 2003. I have 700
to create and dont want to do by hand. Please help!

Any ideas?

Those can have performance implications as an LDAP query is run everytime
mail is sent to the user.

I've played with a product called SmartDL -
http://www.imanami.com/products/smartdl/default.asp, and I liedk it quite a
bit. It does what you're loking for.
