Hi,

I have done this before using MS guideline, but it is not working as I want.
I have used following settings;

Computer Configuration:
Allow or Disallow use of the Offline Files feature
Enabled
Configure Slow Link speed
Enabled (Value:1280)
User Configuration:
Do not automatically make redirected folders available offline Disabled
Non-default server disconnect actions
Enabled (Only HomeShare server files are available for Offline use)
Synchronize all offline files before logging off
Enabled
Synchronize all offline files before logging on
Enabled

Problem is following; User have about 1GB data on his homefolder and now
offline sync takes too long. Is there any better configuration for Offline?

Hi
With that amount of information you probably want to manually allow the user
to sync its offline files/folders instead of:
Synchronize all offline files before logging off
Enabled
Synchronize all offline files before logging on
Enabled

I hope that the information above helps you.
Have a Nice day.

Hi,

That could be better choice to leave sync for users.

I tried to find is there any possibility to sync only changed data instead
of all offline file sync? ....I couldn't find GPO settings to do it.

If I'm not mistaken the default behavior is that, but the process still
needs to check each file/folder version to compare it against its local
files/folders, and because you're dealing with some large inf, that can take
awhile.
